It is not normally possible to remove nor overwrite anything in Maven Central.
But, in some case, they will actually remove artifacts ; you can try by filing an issue at https://issues.sonatype.org/projects/OSSRH/issues

Please note that mirrors such as mvnrepository.com are not relevant.
