[ee4j-build] EE4J Build Meeting Notes (Dec. 19, 2018)

EE4J Build team -- very abbreviated meeting today.

Eclipse is building up K8s capacity and hardware. Should be able to 
increase the amount of system processing horsepower in the coming year.

Eclipse Admins are still working to resolve a few issues with OSSRH 
staging. That work is ongoing.

Otherwise, no representation from Oracle. Meeting was called at 8:07 PST.

Reminder, Eclipse Foundation is on Holiday schedule after this Friday 
(Dec. 21). Only escalated issues will be addressed after this, until Jan 
2, 2019.
