Jan has issues creating a CTS job for projects. Issue is related to
downloading artifacts from other cloud Jenkins jobs using wget.
Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t.

https://wiki.jenkins.io/display/JENKINS/Copy+Artifact+Plugin might be an
alternative to wget, this plugin seems to work well (for me) for copying
artifacts from other Jenkins jobs.

Some projects are still on old infra. There are some infra specific
things. We don’t want to create 2 jobs (for old and new infra).

Create Jenkins instances on the new infra without deleting them
on the old infra. Delete old instances after making sure that
new cloud instances are fully functional.
