Re: [ee4j-build] jaxrpc-ri appears to be stored incorrectly in staging

Beyond this extraneous jax-rpc-ri project I am only seeing the jakartaee-stable projects, so I think the filtering is ok, it is just that jax-rpc-ri should not be there.
