[ee4j-build] OSSRH related question for javamail project

Hi,

As suggested in yesterdays call, I started to work on migrating a currently unassigned project [1][2], however, when trying to (locally) do a snapshot release, I got an error [3] uploading to OSSRH. Is the upload failure because I didn't yet create a OSSRH ticket for the Eclipse javamail (javax.mail-api) project?

From other discussion today, about new groupid, perhaps we have to wait on that.

I thought I would ask here first before creating a OSSRH ticket and whether I should do that now or wait for more discussion on new groupid.

Scott
