This is a question to Eclipse folks. We are trying to understand details of the process of publishing Maven artifacts to OSSRH. We know that an Eclipse account is used for this purpose and it’s hidden from developers.

Is there only one account serving all Eclipse projects?
If there are several accounts what’s the granularity (one per project/one per top-level project, etc.)?
