Hi Denis,

CentOS 7.x should be good for us(as the existing slaves are CentOS 7.x). 
We want to start with 4GB RAM and 50 GB disk(In dash we tried with 30GB 
but it failed). I would attach it to ci.eclipse.org/dash, so Canada or 
Eastern USA should be good. Please provision 4  such slaves. I would 
send you the public key in a separate email.

Please let me know if you want me to attach the slaves to dash instance? 
In that case, I need  to be jenkins administrator for dash.
