Hi,

I can't see that this issue is getting closer to resolution. Is there 
any way we could improve the collaboration cycle on issues like this? 
(looks like, we found a problem, head's are scratched, but no clear 
identification of an issue, and maybe not even an approach.

Denis, or Mikaël, are there other options for us to engage when we 
encounter mysterious issues like this? Maybe quick 
screen-share/discussion over zoom so that you can interact more effectively?
