Discussed creating issues with identities not currently associated, nor granted committer rights by Eclipse Foundation. Frederic recommended filing an issue against the Eclipse Process and copying Wayne (530847). Some folks from IDC are off for a couple of days, so we had
limited report updates. CI/CD trial progress GlassFish CI/CD -- continuing to run tests jobs. Have shown that we can build GF successfully -- running into problems running tests that appear to be unrelated to EF infrastructure. Have not pushed the capacity. Investigation team continues to work on GF build infra. documentation. Will review and folks can review. (will be draft, of course). JSON P -- Lukas did encounter issues. EL build encountering a
failing test. These are still being diagnosed, and work continues
to working to analyze and resolve these problems. May want to
refactor tests to split into smaller chunks). Did not file issue
to migrate JSONP to it's "official" CI/CD location. Will do that
this week. Need a faster DB engine from Eclipse. Need to request additional
resources since DB Server tests are timing out. Dmitry will raise
an issue. Will provide progress update on this next week. Creation
of signed artifacts have been worked out. So far, nothing is adversely impacting Eclipse computing
resources. Next project proposal updates New EE4J proposals are created but not submitted. Possibly will submit next week. Generally, will take about three weeks after they are "officially" submitted before the new projects and repositories will be provisioned. Thanks, -- Ed |
