Thank you all for joining.

(Moved java_ee_planning alias to bcc)

I have set up the follow-on meetings. Anyone who wishes to remain involved in this discussion should join ee4j-build@xxxxxxxxxxx (click here to join).

Meeting notes:

From the agenda, presentation and demo. of GlassFish build CI infrastructure.

We took questions about the nature and scope of the build infra.

Oracle machines will not be available, once material is transferred.

Eclipse generally feels that they have the resources and resource types that we will need to start. But resources will be less generous, at first.

(We all concur that the devil is in the details of this.)

Brief consideration of build status of JAX-RS and Jersey, along with Eclipse Link, Tyrus, and JSON B.

Suggested we target Jersey and Tyrus infra. (though all infra will need to be transferred for first-batch projects, so other projects are certainly feasible in a trial sense).

  • Dmitry, please nominate Oracle contact(s) to lead this infra. setup effort (Tyrus and Jersey/JAX-RS)
  • Kishore, Arindam or Jignesh, please consider nominating a Grizzly Infra. PoC
  • Yamini, can you take lead for Open MQ infra?

Oracle to determine how to export GlassFish build scripts and necessary infra. details

Need names for primary Eclipse IT engineering for these projects.

Next meeting (continuing indefinitely):

Wednesday's 7 AM PST (8:30 PM IST, 4 PM CST, 10 AM EST), 60 minutes.

Calendar invitation/reminder sent via ee4j-build@xxxxxxxxxxx list.

(We will not meet: Wed. Dec. 27th)

Thank you for your time,

-- Ed Bratt
