[eclipselink-dev] Build issue while building EL 2.3.1(9c8f8020f9f9fef64d

Hi,
   I am doing the build as "ant -f build.xml clean build package-all". 
I am getting the following issue.  Any pointer will help me a lot.
package-eclipselink-jar:
     [echo] Implementation-Version: 2.3.1.qualifier
    [mkdir] Created dir: 
/scratch/rtummuru/eclipselink/jpa/plugins/javax.persistence/classes
    [unzip] Expanding:

The path 
"/scratch/rtummuru/eclipselink/utils/eclipselink.utils.jaxb/resource" 
does not exist in my env.
