Changes:

- Updated orm schema, added minOccurs, required to be consistent with annotations

- Updated annotations, doc, requireds

- Added persistence unit property for setting default partitioning policy on session

- Added query hint for setting partitioning policy

- Added some validation errors

- Added CustomPartitioningPolicy, convertClassName and initialize method to partitioning policies

- Default connection pools to all connection pools if unset

- Removed customizer from tests
