[eclipselink-dev] Oracle Extension build contributions will be on hold u

Our building will be without power, so the oracle extension build 
process will be down until Monday. 

Please don't merge any changes  that would've caused a rebuild of oracle 
(certain core classes, the oracle project,  oracle-test, and some 
core-tests) or the build will be out of sync until Monday.
