Fix checked in to 1.2.1 and subsequent streams

Code in toggleAdditionalTablePrimaryKeys was toggling too many tables causing usto lose a reference to the secondary tables.


Reviewed by Andrei Ilitchev

Added extra table to Swan in our MultipleTables model. This change caused ourtests to fail prior to the fix and succeed with the change.
