These are some timeout errors we have seen before on 3 JPA Optimistic Lock tests 
- They are related to the DB install settings on our test DB.  So far, we have 
not found a workaround that satisfies the needs of the other users of this DB.

I am restarting the build.  The continuous build will be down for about 2 hours.
