SVN: Checkin Bug#218960 - Refresh invalid objects

Fixed to refresh invalid objects.

Refresh is done by default, but can be disabled in invalidation policy.

Also made some test and script fixes to ensure the LRG could run.

- Changed build clean to clean everything, and delete generated jars

- Added comments to build.xml

- Changed core test build to have a property for the test to run, fixed path

issue so it could run (was broken)

- Changed oracle test to work from trunk (and eclipse) checkout

- Fixed security manager tests to allow the manager to be reset after test

- Fixed AboutToInsert test to work with MySQL native sequencing

- Fixed MultiThreadedTest to work from JUnit

- Fixed non-ASCII characters in proxy tests

- Fixed memory in JPA test script
