Yes, I believe it is and though there have been some
bugs identified and a wish list started, I believe we are in a position to use
it today. All you need to do is generate the report, then send us a
summary of any deltas that need to be applied to the automated report
(contributions/contributors that are false positives or negatives).
If you find bugs or enhancements that you would like to
see, just add them to the related bug.
