[eclipse.org-committers] Shutdown of plain git:// service

Hi Everyone,

  We wanted to make the community more aware of our plan[1] to shutdown our plain git:// service.  If you are using this service, you'll just need to update your URLs and you should be all set.

Right now we're targeting a shutdown date of July 31, 2021 with some brown outs between June and July.  

If you have any questions or concerns feel free to either comment on the bug[1} or write to webmaster directly
