Committers -- as noted in the Declaration email, there is a short  
delay before the newsgroup is created for a new project. We have had  
problems in the past when we've created the newsgroup before sending  
the Declaration, so now we do it after the email is sent. Depending on  
the Webmaster work queue, it can take a day or two for the newsgroup  
to be ready. Thanks for your patience! I hope this won't impair what  
looks to be a lively discussion about CloudFree.
