Greetings AC members;
I have need for some mentors for some new projects. The full
(dynamic) list is here: http://eclip.se/2k
Naturally... all of these projects are pretty interesting, and can
benefit greatly from your experience.
FWIW, Richard has been doing a very good job of helping new projects
bootstrap. He's been nudging them along through the
proposal/creation/provisioning/initial contribution process, which
makes the burden on mentors much less about nitty-gritty process
than ever before. This means that you can focus more on the
technology side of getting started (i.e. the interesting bits).
Team Engine [1] (2 mentors required) is a test harness for tests
that check conformance of implementations to OGC standards
Esprima [2] (1 mentor required) is a standard-compliant, high
performance ECMAScript parser written in ECMAScript. Esprima will be
created as an Orion subproject.
libspatialindex [3] (2 mentors required) is a "Gang of
Four"-inspired C/C++ library for implementation of spatial indexes.
Trace Compass [4] (1 mentor required) is a tool for viewing and
analyzing both logs and traces. The Tracing and Monitoring Framework
(which we will refer to as TMF) originated from the LTTng component
in the Eclipse Linux Tools project.
Eclipse Titan [5] (1 mentor required) provides an Eclipse-based IDE
for TTCN-3. The user of the tool can develop test cases, test
execution logic and build the executable test suite for one or more
platforms.
Please volunteer on the corresponding records in Bugzilla:

If you have questions regarding these proposals, please pose them on
the corresponding topic in the "Proposals" forum.
Thanks!
Wayne
