[eclipse.org-architecture-council] Maven leadership

I'm still looking for somebody to take the lead on developing a Maven
strategy at Eclipse.

I expect that this will take the form of

* Best practices for projects that want to include their bits in Maven
Central; and
* Recommendations for activities that the Eclipse Foundation and
community should undertake to make Maven first-class at Eclipse.

Any takers? Or did I miss you the first time around?
