[eclipse-pmc] Jayaprakash Arthanareeswaran has joined the Eclipse PMC.

I was reminded this week that the Eclipse PMC has been remiss in announcing the addition of Jay as a new PMC member, via unanimous vote by the existing members on our regular zoom call a few weeks back. The foundation has been notified and the Eclipse Project web pages are being updated to reflect the change.

Jay clearly has a great deal of expertise with the JDT subproject, and we’re expecting to make full use of that knowledge in our planning and leadership overall. At the same time, this is a great opportunity for Jay to be able to provide more input across the whole Eclipse Project, and to bring that wider view back to the JDT developers.
