are also not referenced. What makes UIEvents.PartDescriptor.DIRTYABLE special?

Dear PMC,

please approve the removal for the Dirtytable field from Part Descriptor.

We do not use it in platform (all parts are dirtable in the
datamodel). Also Tom Schindl does not use it in his JavaFX port.
