Yep.
Prom my view we could leave the projects structure as is, but at least give all "platform" committers in all platform projects rights to commit to "other" platform projects. So that one could fix trivial issues in equinox or p2 without waiting months for a review :-)

Take, for example, me. I contributed approx. 70 commits to SWT. And I
think only one of them was in WS specific code (table header styling
for SWT GTK).
All the rest of my commits was about documentation, snippets, new
lambda helper methods, example code and the like.
