[eclipse-pmc] Ready to declare Kepler M2?

PMC, 

We are almost ready to declare our Kepler
M2 deliverables except for one sign-off; Platform workspace. And the deadline
is 5 PM today.

None of the people that normally (or
could) sign off seem to be around (online). 

As we discussed in a recent status meeting,

when this happens, I am to send this
note to PMC list, and ask if any of you would like to make an "Executive
Decision". 

The options are 
a) comment in the bug "no, let's
wait for sign-off" in which case I'd announce we'll be late (Monday?)

b) comment in the bug "ok, go for
it". 
c) if nothing happens by 5:00 PM (from
PMC or component/platform lead) then we'll assume the positive and declare
M2.
