[eclipse-mirrors] RE: Internal Mirror of Eclipse.org

IP address changed again, it is now 68.49.204.238. Also we are going to be a
public mirror.
http://mirrors.pdinc.us/eclipse/
Is there a better way (username / password), our IP for outbound traffic will
change often and without notice.
Might be a little off topic, but most of our systems will not have access to the
public internet to pull a mirror list, how do we specifiy it across all of our
machines?
