This mailing list is not a forum for soliciting help. You can
ask questions about the installer on the Oomph forum:

People do report problems like what you show, e.g.,

But people never actually help to reproduce the problem nor help
diagnose the cause(s). If you're behind a corporate firewall,
that can cause all kinds of problems that I'll never be able to
reproduce.
As an alternative to the installer you could download a *.dmg:
https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/packages/
