I am excited to
be part of the PMC. Looking at the Eclipse PMC page and the names we have
there (both current past) makes me
realise how big
an honour this is. I am looking forward to working with the team and making
the most of the opportunity

Arthanareeswaran has joined the Eclipse PMC.

I was reminded this
week that the Eclipse PMC has been remiss in announcing the addition of
Jay as a new PMC member, via unanimous vote by the existing members on
our regular zoom call a few weeks back. The foundation has been notified
and the Eclipse Project web pages are being updated to reflect the change.
Jay clearly has a great
deal of expertise with the JDT subproject, and we’re expecting to make
full use of that knowledge in our planning and leadership overall. At the
same time, this is a great opportunity for Jay to be able to provide more
input across the whole Eclipse Project, and to bring that wider view back
to the JDT developers.
