Re: [eclipse-dev] Mouse movement increases significantly the heap memory?
|
There was a fix on that bug? I found the a leak using the milestone builds but was never able to find out what it was. Since I was then unable to reproduce it, we closed the bug. Unfortunately it occured once more with the Release build for me: just leave Eclipse open and running for 2, 3 days (weekend), and it exploded; "my" leak identifies easily as it does NOT use java heap. It uses OS memory, and by far exceeds the JVM memory limits.
Cheers,
Markus
