now for JDT Core

- Java 8 and general
  - Complete Java 8 items and other
bugs targeted for 4.5

  Few noteworthy items considered
in early milestones:
  Address performance issue reported
in compilation of genercis code (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=434326)
  Deprecate and remove Java 5 style
annotations processing (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=424324)
  Clean up on null analysis and
aligning it more with checkers framework.

- Java 9 
  - preparatory work (depending
on availability of specs and such)
