We have identified a fix to https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=301139 it is caused by the issue reported in https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=300692

We are in the process of releasing the fix to bug https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=300692 for M5. I will let you know when we are ready for a rebuild.

While we are figuring why this is happening you can either stick with the old build or directly download I20100128.
