The e4 milestone includes the new Rhino JavaScript debugging support
plus enhancements to the XWT and Toolkit Model components.  However,
the Modeled Workbench and CSS code is undergoing a retro-fit, so this
milestone does not include the work-in-progress for stability reasons.
