There are 42 open bugs with M2 target
and 4 with an M1 target. Please update target milestones on these bugs.

All teams are asked to prepare component
milestone plans for September 30th. Most important is to plan high impact
items and cross-team dependencies early so all teams can respond in time.

Please submit New & Noteworthy material
for 3.6 M2 as soon as possible.

There will be a 3.5.1 rebuild to revert
a recent SWT change that caused a regression.
