stream builds must have a PMC vote on the bug report.  

This really meant: that any fix which occurred since last week of December
(where we last discussed) were to be approved by PMC.
This isn't meant to be retroactive and
apply to all contributions to 3.4.2 since day 1.

freeze plan ?

The end-game plan for the Eclipse project's contribution to Ganymede SR2
(3.4.2) is now available:

The first release candidate build is on January 21, with a full-day test
