- M6 is API freeze. From now on, any API changes (including changes to
extension points etc.) require PMC approval.
- The following teams have remaining feature work to do during the M7
cycle: p2 (supporting patches), API tooling (build related), and JDT Core
(multicore).
- The p2 team is currently investigating if and how downstream projects may
be affected by the changes in M6 and will broadcast a detailed explanation
to several mailing lists tomorrow.
- Scheduled builds will resume with the next build at 1pm EDT today. JDT UI
is already requesting a build on Thursday.
