[eclipse-dev] 3.3 M2 now available

Eclipse 3.3 milestone 2 (M2) will be
 available for download from http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/index.php
in about an hour.
This drop will then be be propagated to the various Eclipse mirror sites,
which usually takes a day or so. 

For people who already downloaded the integration build with timestamp
200609220010, there's no need to download M2 - it's the same.
