[eclipse-dev] Moderators needed

As you may or may not know, this mailing
list is moderated. The list receives a fair amount of off-topic content,
both typical Internet spam and "user questions" that are more
appropriate for the newsgroup.  This off-topic content was once at
a level where the list was no longer useful for committer discussions,
so moderation was added.  Here is a link to the bug with the original

This has been very successful, but recently
there has been some attrition among the moderators, and I think a couple
more moderators are needed.  It would be particularly useful to have
moderators in different time zones, such as Europe and western Americas.
Added redundancy also helps when moderators are on vacation, or not checking
mail frequently.  Becoming a moderator is not much work - typically
there are no more than one or two messages a day, and when there are several
moderators it is very light work (committers and other frequent contributors
have their moderate flag cleared so the bulk of messages do not go through
the moderator).  If you are interested in becoming a moderator, please
