[eclipse-dev] Workspace compatibility section of readme

I noticed the workspace compatibility
section of the readme file (section 6) has not been updated for 3.2. If
you know of any metadata compatibility issues between 3.1 and 3.2, please
let me know ASAP so I can update the document.  The main concern is
when sharing project content between Eclipse 3.1 and 3.2 installs (information
in .project, .classpath, and preferences in the project scope).
