- testing RSS build cascade code provided by EMF team
- will move 3.2M1-M4, release and language packs for

  archive.eclipse.org.  We consume too much
space on the mirrors.

- bug fixing in particular, compiler regression with

- changed org.eclipse.core.filesystem Mac fragment
to use universal
  binaries (new fragment org.eclipse.core.filesystem.macosx)
