Hello,
Most of the documents that I have read say that, now since eclipse is based
on OSGi framework there is no need to restart eclipse to install new plugins.
Is it true?
If it is true, how do you actually do it?

and more question..
How do I deploy an OSGi bundle within Eclipse or rather how do I convert
it into an eclipse plugin.
