[eclipse-dev] Plug-in Properties are not loaded in plug-in window.

Hi,

I encountered a very starnge problem. 
In my workspace I have many projects. One of them is not referenced from
workspace folder, though the same project is present in the workspace. It is
referenced from some other folder.

The problem :
When I delete the project and import the same project from the workspace
folder's , my plug-in editor window is not showing any dependency. The
runtime dependency box is also empty.
Plug-in-dependency is blank.

Pls confirm if it is a BUG...
