The Windows test machine was maxed and
running slowly yesterday due to a number of concurrently running builds.
  This was not the case for I20031216.  From a quick look, it
appears all the JDT Core tests ran without failure or error on Windows.

The test failures in org.eclipse.jdt.core.tests.compiler are timeout
exceptions. It looks like the test machine is running very slowly. Can
someone check the winxp test machine?

The other test failure in org.eclipse.jdt.core.tests.model is believed
to
be a Platform Core intermittent failure (see
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=46889).
