Re-running the tests locally did not produce any failures. We don't know why this test is causing a hang - but we will remove it from the build.

The nightly build took eleven hours today instead of the usual four.  The issue seems to be that the testAttach jdtdebug test on Windows is hanging for several hours.

The integration build had the same issue so  I killed the problem process.   The tests are now proceeding and results should be available shortly.

Debug team:  Please resolve this issue or remove this test so the build completes on time.
