Thanks Sonia.
I have updated the location where the log is generated, so we should see a
real error the next time build of jsp.jar fails (why should it).

I checked the file system for the location of the file "jsp.jar.bin.log"
for this build - it is located in "org.eclipse.help.webapp/temp.folder".
Help team, please modify your build script to reflect the correct location
of this compile log.
