We added additional validation step to make sure XML and HTML text in
documentation sections of the schemas have properly close tags, but failed
to account for the short form. In addition, we are reporting these problems
as errors, while they should be warnings, and turning the checking off in
the PDE preferences is ignored.
We have a fix and are currently testing it. We would like to request a
rebuild for tomorrow.

We have noticed a problem with today's 3.0 integration build. One-line
elements in a schema file are not being parsed properly. See
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=39273
for complete details. Note that this doesn't seem to be a problem unless
you need to recompile your schema files (perhaps if you are working with a
completely new workspace).
