Ron,

For 2.1, we will not be making any further changes to the eclipse.exe launcher.

We will document in the README how to migrate from one release to another, and will also update the FAQ.

I've updated the PRs mentioned below.

In the interest of avoiding a flood of "how do I upgrade?" questions when
2.1 is released, are there any plans along the lines of either of the
following bug reports?
