I agree with you.

I have added a link to the readme and to the bugzilla query to the 2.0.1 downloads page.

The bugzilla query is useful, but it would be nice to have the readme as a
separate download. It's a little annoying have to download a 60M archive in
order to find out if it is worth installing it.
