Hi Wim,

I see you opened a CQ for Zookeeper 3.3.6 [1].   That's fine with me, 
but I need to understand what the expectations are WRT Mars SR. i.e:   
is the expectation (goal) to include 3.3.6 in ECF 3.10.0/Mars release?   
Separate question:  I don't see 3.3.6 in Orbit yet [2]...is your plan to 
put it in Orbit and then use in ECF, or maybe the reverse, or something 
else?

I'm ok with whatever the plan is, but need to know for arranging the 
IP/EF/SR stuff for ECF's 3.10.0/Mars release review.  I'm going to 
resubmit the ECF IP log today/now, and I expect the EF IP folks will ask 
specifically about these things.
