Re: [ecf-dev] builder offline

Hi Wim,

Yeah, I did.

Scott,

Did you try to build with a clean workspace?

This last line 'Score is below threshold' seems to indicate that in the
build the org.eclipse.osgi.services.remoteserviceadmin project is not being
selected for use as a dependency. Anyone know why it says 'Score is below
threshold'? The project source looks ok to me, and it is used properly in
my local workspace...?

Thanks,

Scott

Thanks Markus.

I'm trying to do a test release build...in order to test the fix for the
embedded jars problem...see [1].

But strangely...with the update to the osgi remoteservice admin classes
(in org.eclipse.osgi.service.remoteserviceadmin project), the compiler isn't
finding the classes (even though I can see that they are present in the
workspace).

Here's the failed build:

https://build.ecf-project.org/jenkins/job/R-HEAD-sdk.feature/53/

In the console output is this:

Which seems to indicate that the compiler can't find the
org.osgi.service.remoteserviceadmin classes (i.e. the new ones for OSGi
5.0). But the org.eclipse.osgi.service.remoteserviceadmin project (and the
classes inside of it) are present
(just like they where with the 4.3 version of these OSGi classes):

https://build.ecf-project.org/jenkins/job/R-HEAD-sdk.feature/ws/projects/

Any thoughts about what's going wrong here? Including these OSGI classes
in org.eclipse.osgi.service.remoteserviceadmin is exactly what we were/have
been doing
for OSGi 4.3...so I don't understand why changing the underlying classes
(and the plugin/package versions, of course) would
cause things to fail on build/compile.

Thanks,

Scott

Hi Folks,

Our builder seems to be offline...i.e. no response from:

https://build.ecf-project.org/hudson/

It's quite possible this is because of some osu osl security issue, as I
see that they had a ddos attack today (Tues) about 45 minutes ago.

Markus or Wim...any chance to take a look at it and restart (if
necessary?). I don't currently remember my sudo access on that machine.
Fixed by restarting jenkins
