Erkki, I sometimes have this problem when dialing into conferences from
Canada using Vonage (and not just the weekly ECF conference). In some
cases the service reports that the passcode I entered is incorrect, and
when they repeat it back to me, a few digits are dropped. After a few
attempts they put me through to the operator. I think it might have to
do with the conferencing software/hardware they use in combination with
VOIP.

This is what we do on the higgins-dev calls. Folks from the Ukraine
call in
using Skype Out (I think that's what it's called)
